Terms Of Service
✦ Payment Policy ✦
Payment is due before or 24 hours after the initial sketch has been fully approved.
Payment is done exclusively via PayPal invoices.
Payment Plans are available for any commission over 200$. At least 50% has to be paid upfront.
The commission process will be paused after the initial sketch has been approved by the client if full payment has not been received.
✦ General ✦
Commissions are exclusively delivered as a digital medium. There will never be any physical component or shipment required.
I may not keep every finished commission forever. It is the clients responsibility to save the finished artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I am not obligated to state the reason.
For adult content, clients must be over the age of 18 to order.
Only clear, visual, and non-shaded character references are accepted. 3D is discouraged due to potential unclearness.
✦ Process Details ✦
Within the first week of the month, a rough sketch will be send to the client for approval. In this stage, the client may request any changes to the sketch until satisfied.
Number of requests for completely new sketches are limited to 3. More overhauls may be requested upon further charge.
After the sketch has been fully approved by the client, I will generally not send out any additional WIPs.
There will be no edits done to a finished piece, unless there is a mistake on my behalf (i.e. wrong markings, colors, etc. despite clear reference)
Clients may upload their commissions to their account(s) with full, visible credit linking back to any of my social media sites.
✦ Artist's Rights ✦
I, the artist, maintain all rights to my work. This includes, but is not limited to, the selling of prints and other physical items.
Private commissions require a small, additional fee. (This excludes ‘anonymous’ commissions that I may still upload to my social media.)
My work is for personal or private use only. You may not use my art, commissioned or not, for commercial purposes or profit in any form.
The editing of finished commissions by the client or other artists is prohibited.
I reserve the right to have the uploading of a commission to a client’s account(s) held off until it is out of any possible ‘Early Access’ periods on sites such as Patreon.
✦ Refund Policy ✦
I may cancel a commission at any time, in which case the client will be issued a full refund.
Refunds, according to the next point, are non-negotiable.
A commission may be canceled by the client at any given time. Refunded amount depends on the progress of the commission:
Full refunds are only possible if I have not started on the commission at all.
70% will be refunded during the sketching stage.
50% will be refunded during the inking stage.
30% will be refunded during the flat coloring stage.
15% will be refunded during the shading stage.
No refunds for finished pieces.
✦ Waitlist Policy ✦
Clients may ask to be put on my waitlist at any time.
Any dates given out to the client, regarding when I’m able to take their commission, are estimates and non-binding.
Clients have no obligation to order a commission by being on the waitlist.
However, I politely ask to be informed over a cancelation at least a week before the 1st of the following month. This is to ensure I am aware of available slots for other clients.
Thank you for taking the time! You are always welcome to contact me about any questions you may have.
